Executive Development Strategy 3 (EDS3)

It has been purposely designed to reflect the diversity and complexity of the modern organisation in meeting the needs of both high performing and high potential participants.

EDS3 draws upon peer and organisational perspectives of contemporary tensions including policy, operations, executive and team to help participants identify and take responsibility for their own leadership and learning journey.

Capability and Intention

AIPM EDS3 deepens the ability of leaders to engage and mobilise their workplace community in an environment of contemporary technological, operational, generational and cultural change within police and public safety organisations.  Given the speed, scope and immediacy of these challenges, EDS3 identifies learning and new approaches to these middle management (Inspector and Executive level) tensions, contradictions and expectations.

Design

EDS3 offers a diversity of development strategies for the preparation, acceleration, integration, alignment and extension of executive leadership capabilities.
